We would like to assure you that:

• We will not travel to Israel if it's not safe to do so.
• If your tour is canceled, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

To determine the safety of a tour, we monitor the major U.S. and European airlines. They will not fly into Tel Aviv if it is not considered safe. Should they cancel flights to Israel for security reasons, we will cancel the tour.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, please note that the deposit is nonrefundable.
However, it can be used as a credit for future travel. If you cancel your order, the deposit remains nonrefundable even if the tour is canceled at a later date.
