Airline Seat Upgrade Request

Signature Tours will request your desired upgrades from the respective airline. This process can take several weeks, depending on the departure date, availability, and other pending requests. Upgrades are based on group fares and are subject to availability. Once we receive the pricing from the airline, we will email you the proposed rate and you will have 72 hours to respond or the pricing will expire. Once agreed, payment for the airline portion of your order must be paid in full and is nonrefundable.
- Some airlines and/or bookings do not allow for upgrades on group fares.
- We cannot accept upgrade requests within 90-days of departure.
- Once confirmed and purchased, upgrades are nonrefundable.
- Make sure to add this amount to your Travel Insurance.
